Our process

Step 1
PROTECT & PREP

We protect floors, furniture, and surfaces, then prep walls and trim for proper adhesion. This includes careful masking, sanding where needed, and minor patching so the finish goes on clean and even.
Step 2
PRIME WHERE NEEDED

We spot-prime repairs and use the right primer for the surface (and for any stains or colour changes). This step is what prevents flashing, bleed-through, and uneven sheen.
Step 3
PRECISION PAINTING

We apply a consistent, professional finish with clean cut lines and even coverage. Most interior projects receive two coats, with extra attention on trim, corners, and high-visibility areas.
Step 4
FINAL TOUCH-UPS & WALKTHROUGH

We do a detailed walkthrough, handle touch-ups, and clean up the space so it’s ready to enjoy. You’ll know exactly what was completed before we wrap up.

How long will the project take to complete?

Can I do this myself?

Yes — some homeowners do. The difference is that professional results come from the system, not just the paint: proper surface prep, the right primers/topcoats for the material, clean masking/protection, and consistent application so it holds up over time. If you want a durable, clean finish without the trial-and-error (and with a warranty), that’s what our in-house team is built for.

Do I need to prepare anything before you start?

Minimal prep on your end — just clear away the areas that will be addressed as much as you can. Everything else — masking, protection, cleanup — is on us.

Can you work around my schedule?

We strive to accommodate your schedule to minimize disruption. Let us know your availability, and we'll plan the project phases accordingly.

Do you need a downpayment before starting on a project?

Yes, we will need a 25% payment for covering of the materials to be used before we start.

Do you provide warranties or guarantees for your work?

Yes, we offer a satisfaction guarantee and a warranty covering the quality of our workmanship and materials used. Specific warranty details will be provided in your service agreement.

Are you covered by WCB and Liability?

Yes, we are fully insured and licensed. We ensure that our team adheres to the highest standards of safety and professional conduct and customer satisfaction.

What paint brands do you use?

We exclusively use premium brands: Renner, Sherwin-Williams, Benjamin Moore & specific coatings. We never use cheap paint. We'll recommend the best paint option for your project and budget in your personalized quote.

Do you work on residential, strata, and commercial properties?

Yes. We handle Residential | Strata | Commercial projects across Metro Vancouver. Our in-house team follows a consistent system for prep, protection, and clean finishes, and we’re fully covered with WorkSafe BC and $5M liability insurance. If you have site rules, or building requirements, we’ll coordinate the schedule and keep communication clear from start to finish.
